Those against animal testing believe that animal experimenting instigates cruelty towards animals. They believe that animals should not be tested because they should be treated as equals with humans. The scientists take special concern in making certain that animals used for research are treated well. Furthermore scientists strive to reduce the amount of animals that are used for testing. Also testing animals helps to find cures for animal diseases as well as human diseases. Testing on animals is very vital for the health and understanding of both humans and animals.
